Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to gaming platform development, deployment, and compliance. This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal departments and PAGCOR, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of both technical and regulatory requirements in the gaming industry.

Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Responsible for the sales or leasing of Electronic Gaming Machines and Casino Management System.
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience in gaming is required for this position.
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in group and in one-to-one conversations.
  • Willing to be assign in Makati City.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Achieve sales results that are outlined in the annual business plan.
  • To be able to market/regulation study & project planning.
  • Manage and coordinate of sales, marketing, advertising and promotional with clients.
  • Perform routine visits to clients/potential clients to confirm that service standards are being met, to look for opportunities for sales, to directly gather market information.
  • Work in cross-functional teams, especially with technical support, finance department, and other project managers.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and customers.
  • Monitor, review and report on all sales & marketing activity and results.
  • Other duties assigned.
