1. Project Planning & Execution:
   Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and manage execution through the full project life cycle.
2. Cross-Functional Team Management:
   Lead coordination between technical, compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
3. PAGCOR Coordination:
   Liaise with PAGCOR on project requirements, documentation, and compliance to ensure full regulatory alignment.
4. Risk & Issue Management:
   Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
   Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and document key project milestones.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
   Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports required by PAGCOR or internal audits.
7. Process Improvement:
   Continuously review and improve project management processes, tools, and templates for efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in tech,gaming.
* Knowledge of PAGCOR requirements and regulatory frameworks in the iGaming or casino industry is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
