The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to gaming platform development, deployment, and compliance. This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal departments and PAGCOR, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of both technical and regulatory requirements in the gaming industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in tech,gaming.
* Knowledge of PAGCOR requirements and regulatory frameworks in the iGaming or casino industry is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

* Flexible with working hours; willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
